Description
Our client seeks an associate to join their Business Litigation practice in Minneapolis. This role involves handling all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation for a diverse national and international client base. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation, including trade secret, non-compete, intellectual property, or merger and acquisition litigation. Essential skills include litigation procedure, discovery, e-discovery, motion practice, and brief writing, with deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience being advantageous. Strong academic credentials, organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities are required. Experience as a federal judicial law clerk is highly valued.
