Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel to senior litigation associate for their San Francisco or Los Angeles office, requiring four to six years of experience in complex business litigation. Candidates with judicial clerkship experience are preferred, and a minimum of two years in a litigation role at a firm is necessary. Applicants must possess excellent academic credentials, strong written and oral advocacy skills, and experience managing large, sophisticated litigation matters. Admission to the CA bar is mandatory. The role involves representing a diverse range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution venues.
