Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking an experienced professional to join their business litigation practice group in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in complex commercial litigation with 4-5 years of significant litigation experience. Experience should ideally be from the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm. The role demands project-based experience, with a capacity to juggle multiple high-level assignments, producing thoughtful and superior quality work. Experience in managing junior associates and professional staff is also desired. A high level of academic achievement from a respected law school and current admittance to the California bar is required. Experience in technology litigation, class action defense, and company v. company disputes are preferred but not mandatory.
