Description
Our client, a reputable law firm with a robust litigation practice, is seeking a Counsel track attorney to join their team in Irvine, California. The ideal candidate will have 5-20 years of experience in complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Applicants must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, and court experience. Additional skills include legal research, drafting motions and briefs, managing complex e-discovery, preparing deposition outlines and exhibits, and fact investigation and development. Candidates must be licensed or immediately eligible for licensing in California, possess excellent academic credentials, and have outstanding written and oral communication skills. Please note that this is an off-track/not partner track position with a reduced billable hour requirement.
