Description
Our client is seeking a Counsel track attorney to join their Dispute Resolutions Team within the Business Litigation Financial Services practice group. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience representing companies and/or financial institutions in single plaintiff litigation, including contracts, loan agreements, mortgages, or leases. A strong preference is given to candidates with experience in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, or Delaware. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills. This counsel track opportunity is off-track/not partner track, featuring a reduced billable hour requirement.
