Description
Our client is seeking an associate for their New York office with 3 to 5 years of experience in business litigation and creditor’s rights, including workouts and judicial commercial foreclosures. The role requires experience in NY state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, along with strong academic credentials and demonstrated writing and analytical skills. Admission to the New York Bar is mandatory, while clerkship experience and admission to the New Jersey Bar are preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for handling complex cases, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment.
