One position is focused on commercial litigation and the other on tort litigation. Ideal candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong written and oral advocacy skills, experience in handling discovery and other trial preparations at a large law firm or civil litigation boutique, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Admission to the California bar is a requirement. As an associate, you will be a vital part of the Trial & Global Disputes practice group, handling a wide range of high-stakes litigation matters for corporate clients in a collaborative team environment.
