Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an associate to join their Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring practice group. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice, encompassing both litigation and transactional experience. The candidate should be client-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. Stellar academics and superior writing and research skills are required. This position is available in New York, Newark, Philadelphia, Wilmington, or San Francisco, with requisite bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
