Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a junior Associate for their Business & Securities Litigation Department based in Tysons. The successful candidate will join a team that assists a wide range of companies, including financial institutions and public companies, in all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. The team has extensive experience in defending clients in high-stakes litigation, representing officers and directors as individual defendants, and advising clients on risk mitigation and compliance with state and federal laws. The role requires coordination with the e-discovery team and the firm’s white-collar defense team. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of construction-related experience, general litigation experience, or experience as a federal judicial clerk. Experience with complex litigation, federal criminal law, or investigations is considered a plus. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required, and a Virginia bar license is mandatory.
