Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their business transactions practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, with additional exposure to securities offerings, corporate finance transactions, and joint ventures being advantageous. A background in accounting or tax, or an LL.M. in Taxation, is strongly preferred. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, demonstrated writing skills, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities. The role requires the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently in a client-focused environment. This opportunity is open to all office locations.
