Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate to join their nationally recognized Cannabis practice in Portland, Maine. This role is part of the Corporate Department, focusing on sophisticated licensing and regulatory matters within the cannabis industry. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in Corporate, Litigation, or Regulatory work and possess qualities such as intelligence, excellent writing skills, and a personable nature. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team within one of the premier Corporate practices, contributing to innovative solutions that meet client needs.
