Our client seeks a mid-level associate for its capital markets team in either Atlanta or New York. Ideal candidates will possess three to seven years of experience in securities and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, offerings of common stock, preferred stock, hybrid securities, and high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings. Experience representing public company issuers, drafting and reviewing SEC periodic reports, and consulting on governance matters is essential. Candidates should have large firm experience and strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
