Description
Our client, a prominent technology and life sciences law firm with a dynamic corporate practice, is seeking a mid-level corporate associate for their Capital Markets and Public Companies group. This role is open in their offices located in the Bay Area, Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience advising public companies or investment banks, with expertise in SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters. Experience in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings, is essential. A background or interest in technology and life sciences is preferred. Candidates must possess superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills, and be barred in the state of the office they are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
