Description
Our client, a prominent Global Corporate practice group, is seeking an Associate with 4 – 6 years of experience to join their team in one of their offices located in New York, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, or Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will possess U.S. capital markets experience, including a strong background in representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings. While experience in representing public companies in '34 Act work is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
