Our client, a leading global law firm with a presence in 29 countries, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join their Capital Markets team in New York. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in U.S. Capital Markets, with a preference for those who have represented both underwriters and issuers in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Additional experience in corporate governance and public company representations will be considered an asset. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end, sophisticated matters within a supportive and dynamic environment, contributing to challenging and important deals that have the potential to shape the future.
