Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking mid-senior level Associates to join their Capital Markets Practice. The role is open to candidates who can work from any of their East Coast or Texas offices. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience in public and private equity offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and business combination transactions. Familiarity with SEC regulations and ongoing reporting requirements under the ’34 Act is essential. Experience with SPACs, REITs, and debt offerings is advantageous. Candidates should have strong academic backgrounds, client management, drafting, and negotiation skills, and must be admitted to one or more state bars.
