Description
Our client’s Capital Markets team is seeking an Associate with two to four years of experience in equity and/or debt capital markets to join their dynamic and innovative legal team. The successful candidate can be based in Boston, New York, San Francisco, or Seattle. The team focuses on capital raising solutions for innovators in the technology sector, serving numerous tech and life sciences companies, guiding them from IPO through operating as public companies and beyond. They also advise leading investment banks, venture capital funds, and institutional investors in public equity and debt capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate will have major law firm experience, a strong commitment to excellent client service, and significant experience in public securities offerings, including both equity and debt. Strong interpersonal skills, a motivated, entrepreneurial outlook, excellent academic credentials, superior communication and organizational skills, and Bar membership in the state where they wish to practice are essential.
