Description
Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with three to five years of experience to join their Securities & Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience advising issuers and underwriters on equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, and providing counsel to public and private companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters. This role offers a chance to join a rapidly growing platform that is a strategic priority for the firm. Candidates must demonstrate strong academic credentials, client management skills, and a high achievement drive. Experience from an AmLaw 50 firm is preferred.
