Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join their capital markets and securities practice. The ideal candidate will possess two to six years of experience at a large law firm, focusing on public and private debt and equity offerings, Exchange Act reporting, and advising on governance matters, including SEC and stock exchange compliance. The role involves representing public and private companies in capital-raising transactions, IPOs, follow-on public offerings, PIPEs, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
