Our client is seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 1-3 years of Corporate & Securities experience for their New York office. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients on innovative and high-profile projects, providing a platform for professional growth in a supportive and collegial environment. Key responsibilities include handling '33 and '34 Act matters, Capital Markets, IPOs, Follow-On Offerings, Private Placement Offerings, ongoing SEC Reporting Matters, Corporate Governance, and Exchange Listing Matters. The ideal candidate will have experience advising issuers and underwriters on financing and SEC filing matters, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships effectively under time constraints.
