The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in corporate law, specifically in public company securities offerings and compliance. The role involves working with the corporate practice's expanding capital markets clientele, handling sophisticated finance transactions, including public and private securities offerings, and managing general corporate governance and Exchange Act reporting. Familiarity with New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq compliance is essential. Candidates should be self-starters with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to high-quality client service.
