Our client is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join their San Diego office, focusing on capital markets, corporate governance, and securities regulation, while working closely with public companies. The ideal candidate will have a JD, be licensed to practice in California, and possess a minimum of 5 years of capital markets experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 law firm. Key competencies include strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and management skills, along with the ability to influence and persuade others.
