The ideal candidate will have experience with a range of capital markets transactions and public company issues, with a preference for those familiar with tender offers or liability management transactions. Candidates should embody core values such as being future-focused, diversity-minded, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented, and collaborative. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor and dealmaker for public and private companies, leading investors, and boards of directors globally.
