The successful candidate will work from either the New York or Washington, DC office, collaborating with partners and associates to address financial services regulation, particularly focusing on consumer credit regulation and licensing. Key responsibilities include managing consumer and commercial credit regulatory issues, conducting research at both federal and state levels, and preparing legal memoranda.
