Description
Our client is seeking a skilled associate to join their highly regarded Agency and Trust team within the Capital Markets practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of legal experience in structured finance, with expertise in Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), Whole Business Securitization, Triple-Net (NNN), Auto, Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS), and other securitization products. Key responsibilities include representing various service providers in structured finance transactions, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, drafting ancillary agreements, and maintaining client communications.
