Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their premier global Capital Markets and FinTech practices in the San Francisco and Palo Alto offices. Candidates should have familiarity with U.S. securities laws and experience advising clients on public and private equity and debt capital markets transactions, as well as SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters. A strong interest in FinTech, along with prior transactional or regulatory experience in the sector, is essential. Applicants must demonstrate strong academic credentials, client management skills, and a drive for achievement. Experience from an AmLaw 50 firm is preferred.
