Description
Our client, a renowned law firm based in New York, is seeking mid-level Capital Markets associates with 2-4 years of experience, particularly in Latin American markets. The successful candidate will represent and advise financial institutions, as well as sovereign and corporate issuers in capital market transactions primarily in Latin America. Additional responsibilities include advising Latin American issuers on their ongoing SEC reporting requirements, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and corporate governance matters. A broad-based skill set, including exposure to corporate governance and public company representations, is a plus. Fluent Spanish speaking and writing skills, strong academic qualifications, excellent written communication, and analytical skills are all requirements. The candidate must be admitted to practice in the State of New York.
