Our client, a prominent technology and life science law firm, is seeking an Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Associate to join their team in Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, or Santa Monica. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in executive compensation, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, as well as related tax and securities law issues. Significant deal experience, superior academic credentials, and excellent communication skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the bar in CA, NY, or WA.
