Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Privacy Counsel to join their expanding Privacy Office within the Office of General Counsel. This role, based in Philadelphia, involves reviewing global vendor contracts, conducting due diligence, and performing assessments related to vendor engagements. The position offers a hybrid work schedule. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating third-party vendor agreements with privacy terms, enhancing the firm's standard privacy agreements, advising internal teams on risk management, and collaborating with Information Security and Procurement Services. The role also involves conducting privacy impact assessments and supporting global privacy projects. Candidates should have a JD degree, be a member in good standing of a U.S. state bar, and possess at least 5 years of contract review and privacy advisory experience.
