Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Capital Projects + Infrastructure practice group. The role can be based in Atlanta, New York, or Washington D.C. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of project development experience with renewable energy projects and M&A transactions. Strong drafting and negotiating skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage some components of deals are required. This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national project development practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. The team is supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates develop throughout their career. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state that they practice.
