Our client is seeking experienced attorneys to join their team as CaseSmart Counsel, specializing in Class Action Case Evaluation. The role involves collaborating with local trial teams to conduct fact investigations and exposure assessments for class, collective, and representative actions, including PAGA matters. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, analyzing removal potential, preparing comprehensive case evaluations, and supporting litigation phases such as discovery, mediation, and settlement. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of legal experience in wage and hour and class action litigation, proficiency in data analysis and damages modeling, and the ability to provide strategic defense options.
