Description
Our client seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join its CMBS team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate finance litigation and related transactions, with a preference for those with bankruptcy litigation experience. The role requires excellent research, writing, and communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of discovery and motion-related projects. This position is available in Chicago, Miami, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, or San Francisco offices. Candidates must have stellar academic credentials and bar admission in the office of practice. A hybrid work schedule is available.
