Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate with 2 to 3 years of experience to join their US Finance practice, specifically supporting the Fund Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral financings. Strong expertise in fund finance and leverage finance/private credit is essential. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials from law school and relevant, sophisticated law firm and transaction experience. This position is based in Charlotte.
