Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Chemical Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This position is open to all locations, with a preference for candidates based in major cities. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of academic achievement, solid experience in a law firm, engineering or industry, and superb writing and communication skills. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in organic chemistry or chemical engineering. Advanced degrees in these fields are preferred. The role involves preparing draft patent applications and responses to communications from the USPTO, and assisting attorneys in delivering quality legal services to clients efficiently.
