Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Akron, OH, is seeking an associate attorney to join its Civil Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of experience in complex commercial litigation, representing companies in federal and state litigation matters such as financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, fiduciary duties, partnership and shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC litigation. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of litigation, including motions, depositions, discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Admission to the Ohio Bar is required. The practice handles state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings for a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals across various industries.
