Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Litigation Group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably gained at a top-tier law firm, with superior writing, research, and analytical skills. The ability to navigate and take ownership of a multi-matter docket is essential. Experience with class action defense, complex commercial litigation, securities, and consumer litigation is highly preferred. Applicants should have a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools. A previous federal clerkship is a plus, but not required. This position is open to any location within the United States.
