Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an employment litigation associate with a minimum of three years' experience to join their dynamic employment law practice. The ideal candidate will have employment litigation experience, particularly in class actions, and a comprehensive understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Candidates from large defense firms or smaller firms handling sophisticated employment defense matters are preferred. The associate’s practice will focus on employment litigation, particularly class action matters and some single-plaintiff matters. The candidate must be a member or pending member of the Washington State Bar. This position is based in Seattle.
