Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Collections/Litigation Associate Attorney for their office in White Plains. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with litigation experience who are looking to take on increased responsibilities in defense litigation. The successful candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in New York, and have at least 1 year of litigation and commercial collections experience. Responsibilities include independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, working closely with other attorneys on legal projects, handling court appearances and depositions, and providing clients with status reports.
