Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel Commercial Disputes associate to join their Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience with general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout Texas. Candidates should be adept at independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and managing the discovery process, including e-discovery. A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to or eligibility for the Texas Bar are required. While clerkship or journal experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role involves working closely with experienced lawyers who provide mentoring and opportunities for increased responsibility and client interaction. Candidates must be self-starters with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
