COMMERCIAL DISPUTES ASSOCIATE (3083)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Commercial Disputes practice in a vibrant Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in general commercial litigation within state and federal courts, with skills in conducting research, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing discovery practices, including e-discovery. A J.D. from an accredited law school and eligibility for the Pennsylvania Bar are required. While clerkship or journal experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with seasoned lawyers, providing mentorship and increasing responsibility. Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively, and committed to delivering high-quality client service. Strong academic credentials, communication skills, and research and writing abilities are essential.
