Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Commercial Disputes practice in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, capable of managing cases independently from inception to resolution. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, developing case strategies, conducting depositions, and arguing motions in state and federal courts. The role requires effective client communication and participation in business development activities. Candidates should hold a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to the state bar, and have 5-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
