Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Commercial Disputes practice in a vibrant Portland office. The role requires a candidate with a robust background in litigation, capable of independently managing cases from inception to resolution. Key responsibilities include handling complex litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, developing case strategies, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to the state bar, and possess 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
