Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Commercial Disputes practice in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in litigation, capable of independently managing case segments from inception to resolution. Key responsibilities include managing complex litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and developing case strategies. The role requires conducting depositions, witness interviews, and all aspects of discovery, as well as preparing and arguing motions in state and federal courts. Effective client communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with staying informed on legal trends. Candidates should hold a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to the state bar, and have 5-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
