Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel associate to join their Commercial Disputes practice in a vibrant Orange County office. The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of experience in health care litigation, with a preference for expertise in payor-provider disputes. Key responsibilities include analyzing health care claims, communications between providers and insurers, and key contract provisions. The role requires proficiency in reviewing administrative records, claims details in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with extrapolation methodologies is advantageous. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to the California State Bar, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
