COMMERCIAL FINANCE ASSOCIATE (1047)
Description
Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience to join their commercial finance practice. The role can be based in Philadelphia, Minneapolis, or Sioux Falls. The successful candidate will represent a diverse range of institutional clients across the nation, including commercial banks, finance companies, investors, developers, and major non-profits. The ideal candidate should have a strong transactional background with experience in complex commercial finance transactions, including representing lenders and borrowers on syndicated and portfolio transactions. Knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy code is required, and experience with workouts/restructuring, M&A, and private equity transactions is a plus. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and an active bar license in PA, MN, or SD is preferred.
