COMMERCIAL FINANCE ASSOCIATE (1768)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 4 to 6 years of experience in handling complex commercial finance transactions to join their Finance & Restructuring practice group in either Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate should have expertise in commercial finance transactions, the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, and experience in drafting and negotiating loan documentation, as well as leveraged finance. Preferred candidates will have substantive experience representing borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors, and agents in a variety of finance transactions. The role requires highly motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who excel in a team-based environment and value innovative thinking and collaboration. Candidates should be creative, solutions-oriented, and possess excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
