Our client is seeking a Commercial Finance Associate to join their Boston office, located in the Financial District. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of a growing practice within a dynamic environment. The Boston office provides services in various areas including litigation, intellectual property, government relations, employment and labor, corporate services, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, and consumer financial services. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of meaningful commercial finance experience, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and admission to or willingness to be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
