Description
Our client is seeking an attorney with at least 1 year of experience in drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial lending transactions, with a focus on Article 9 secured transactions and intercreditor arrangements. While experience in tax-advantaged financing, tax credits, real estate, or mergers and acquisitions is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role involves working closely with a dedicated group of partners committed to training and investing in the right candidate for a long-term position. The practice is a dynamic and diverse commercial finance practice, emphasizing tax-credit subsidized equity and debt financings, often involving complex public/private partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, capable of managing and closing multifaceted transactions, and collaborating with banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, and government entities.
