Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking an Associate for their Commercial Litigation Department based in Richmond. The firm is recognized for its expertise in handling complex financial structures, strategic transactions, and business relationships. With a team of 250 lawyers, they litigate and defend clients' interests in domestic and cross-border commercial matters globally. They represent a wide range of business clients, from emerging companies to multinational corporations, across various sectors. The firm provides counsel on all types of business disputes, with particular strengths in complex commercial litigation, financial services litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and securities litigation. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 4 years of experience working on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts and will be responsible for all phases of discovery, as well as research.
