Description
Our client, a global law firm with a strong commitment to inclusion and diversity, is seeking an associate to join their sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials, 3-7 years of complex litigation experience, and proven analytic ability. Extensive commercial litigation experience and some exposure to insurance litigation are highly desirable. The role involves working on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals, conducting legal research, drafting complex case evaluations, preparing briefs, pleadings, motions and other litigation documents, and analyzing insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes. The firm offers a collaborative work environment where associates work closely with partners and clients and are key members of the team.
